Denkschmiede Hennef

Companies are increasingly faced with changing customer expectations and digital challenges. To meet these demands, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in particular need support in developing service innovations and optimising customer processes.

The “Denkschmiede Hennef” project aims to establish a network of innovation and transfer spaces in the Rhein-Sieg region. “Transfer spaces” are being created in Hennef and Ruppichteroth-Winterscheid to serve as hubs for smart service innovations, coaching and co-working. These centres offer businesses in the region practical services as well as the opportunity to test and develop digital and personal service innovations in a “Customer Experience Lab”. Furthermore, flexible workspaces and events will foster inter-municipal networking among businesses and stakeholders. The project will boost the innovative capacity and competitiveness of regional businesses and help them retain their customers in the long term through modern service approaches.
